摘要
由北京 近郊溫泉地區油松林間土壤中, 分離到一株產生伴孢內含 物的芽孢桿菌TW20. 該菌株具有蘇芸金芽孢桿菌 (Bacillus thuringiensis) 的典型特徵,但無鞭毛抗原 (H) 含物與孢子常常不分開, 位於孢子囊一端由數個不同 形狀的晶體組成. 其生化反應特性及酯酶型與已知23個血 清型30個亞種的標準菌株均不相同.對油松毛蟲 (Dendrolimus tabulaeformis) , 午毒蛾 (Lymantria dispar) , 黃褐天幕毛蟲 (Malacosoma neustria testacea) , 光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis) 幼蟲沒有明顯的致病性. 根據上述特性, 菌株TW20屬於一 個新的酯酶型亞種, 定名為蘇芸金芽孢桿菌溫泉亞種--- Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. wenquanensis.
Abstract
A red pigment producing, helically shaped, obligate anaerobic bacterium was isolated from soybean cake waste digester with the Hungate anaerobic technique.In liquid medium cells actively locomote in straight lines or nearly straight lines, and sometimes flexes. Many carbohydrates can be fermented withthe mainly productes of acetate, alcohol, CO2 and H2. Yeast extract was required for growth. Both NH4Cl and peptone can be used as nitrogen source.Optimum temperature was 30-35'C for growth. Optimum NaCl concentration was 0-1.0% with the maximum concentration of 2.0%. The G+C mol% of DNA was 49.Accordin gto Berger's Manusal of Systematic Bacteriology (Vol.1, 1984), this bacterium obviously belong to the genus of Spirochaeta, butit differed from the species of Spirocheata listed in the Berger's manual in several respects. It is designed as a new species of Spirocheta, Spriochaeta rhodogenes sp. nov.
