蔡朝霞，女，1979年6月17日出生，現任華中農業大學食品科學技術學院食品化學與分子生物學系講師。

學習經歷
2001年6月份畢業於湖北大學化學與材料科學學院，獲化學教育專業學士學位。同年繼續在本校攻讀套用化學專業碩士學位，師從宋功武教授。2007年畢業於南開大學化學學院分析化學專業獲博士學位，師從嚴秀平教授。
專業方向
無機材料、納米材料、複合材料的合成以及表征；螢光探針法檢測生物樣品中痕量DNA含量的方法；量子點作為螢光探針檢測環境中痕量有毒重金屬離子的方法；毛細管電泳-雷射誘導螢光聯用套用於量子點與生物大分子的相互作用。參與國家基礎研究計畫（973項目）項目號： 2003CB415001以及（973項目）分子成像子課題，項目號：2006CB705703。目前開始從事蛋品以及肉類產品的安全分析檢測工作。
