蔚承建

博士,教授,碩士生導師。 1982年1月畢業於吉林大學計算機科學系, 獲學士學位。2002年4月畢業於東南大學無線電工程系, 獲信號與信息處理專業博士學位; 2006年8月至2007年8月英國伯明罕大學計算機學院訪問學者,從事複雜計算系統的控制研究。2002年評為計算機套用學科教授。

個人簡介

主要從事演化計算,分散式控制和最佳化(雲計算調度,智慧型棕良奔電網能量控制),手機智慧型軟體研究和開發工作.幾年來,積極參加了國家自然科學基金重點項目: 混沌神經網路模型及智慧型信息處理理論與實現技術, 演化計算的理論、方法及套用的研究工作. 提出了嵌入集群方向的快速演化規劃、集值人口增量學習算法、魯棒的自組織生長模型,並有效地求解了布局問題、旅行商問題、衛星廣播調度和信道分配問題.提槓狼采出了策略設計和機制設計的演化計算方法。目前已畢業研究生22人,其中有5人考取博士(畢業或在讀,東南大學計算機系2名,無線電系1名,南京理工大學計算機學院1名,中國社會科學院研究生院1名),還有一些進入了國際國內著名IT公司:SAP,摩托羅拉,愛譜瑞斯,華為,中興等.

個人榮譽

獲2002年度江蘇省科技進步一等獎一項. 發表論文40餘估駝漏臘篇,有一篇論文作為1998年世界計算智慧型大會的特邀論文, 有一篇論文獲得2000年IEEE亞太地區國際電路和系統學術大會的最佳論文。1999年和2002年分別應邀去華盛頓和夏威夷參加IEEE演化計算大會並在會上作報告; 2001年應邀去香港參加智慧型多媒體國際會議。2002 入選江蘇省“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人培養對象; 2003年入選江蘇省“333新世紀科學技術帶頭人培養工程”第二層次培養對象.
