范博宏（Joseph P.H.Fan），號稱“家族企業傳承治理第一人”。
香港中文大學會計學院及財務學系的聯席教授，經濟及金融研究所主任。他於1996年在美國匹茲堡大學獲得財務學博士學位。在2004年加入香港中文大學前曾任教於香港科技大學和香港大學。
范博宏的主要研究和教學領域是公司治理、家族企業治理，公司財務、與組織經濟學。他對東亞的民營與家族企業有前沿的研究，特別是企業傳承問題。他也是新興市場企業財務與管理問題專家。他常在世界各國的論壇與會議中演講。研究項目包括東亞家族公司的繼承，公共產業治理在公司治理中的作用和中國的治理。他的研究成果在多種世界頂級學術期刊上發表，並被多種商業報刊雜誌報導，包括《經濟學人》，《英國金融時報》，《亞洲華爾街日報》, 《南華早報》，《新財富》，及《21世紀經濟報導》。他是數個國際學術期刊的編委，香港研究資助局商學組評審委員會成員，新財富雜誌的學術顧問，及不定期擔任世界銀行，OECD, 和亞洲開發銀行的諮詢任務。目前的諮詢項目是世界銀行的"世界營商環境指標"的中國顧問。范博宏已婚並有兩個孩子。

范博宏教授是世界知名的公司治理專家，近年致力於大中華地區商業案例剖析，更在華人家族企業治理與傳承問題上有前沿的研究。范教授的研究成果豐碩，曾在多種世界級頂級學術期刊上發表，具有深遠的影響力。同時，他也是亞洲論文引用率最高的經濟金融學者之一。范教授兼任中國人民大學私營企業治理與發展研究中心名譽主任，並不定期地擔任世界銀行、世界經濟合作組織、亞洲開發銀行的諮詢顧問。
范教授擅長講授面向企業家與高階經理人的公司治理課程。近年來他致力為華人企業宣講商業家族的永續經營之道，聽眾遍布東南亞、中國大陸及港澳台區。范博宏教授的著作包括《關鍵世代：走出華人家族企業傳承之困》與2014年將出版的《交託之重》、《家族企業地圖》，其中提供了豐富的商業案例，並以嚴謹、平易的文筆詳述其研究內容，是商業家族永續治理規劃重要系列著作。
