腐竹鱉肉煲

做法

1. 先將腐竹用水浸軟；

2. 生薑、地骨皮、川貝母、花椒洗淨；

3. 用開水燙死活鱉，令其排尿，然後切開，去其內臟；

4. 把全部用料一齊放入瓦鍋內，加清水適量，文火燜2小時，至鱉魚之甲上硬皮脫薄，放蔥，調味即成。小帖士-健康提示：
