胡正群，男，1981年出生，廣西桂林人，中共黨員，中國科學院國家天文台高級工程師，碩士生導師。

2009年7月入職中國科學院國家天文台工作以來，任職CAPS導航通信中心站主任，主持導航通信地面系統的工作，任中國第二代衛星導航國家重大專項《轉髮式抗干擾試驗驗證與原理演示系統》地面分系統負責人、《轉髮式衛星導航試驗系統》導航通信融合分系統收發設備子系統負責人。2012年-2014年獲得中國科學院大學博士學位。2014年獲得中國科學院院長特別獎。2021年獲得北京信息電子技術大型儀器區域中心優秀個人獎。2016年獲得國家自然科學基金青年項目資助，2017年獲得中科院“一三五”規劃優選項目資助，2020年獲得中科院人才計畫技術創新項目資助， 2022年獲得中科院其他人才計畫青年項目資助等。主要從事衛星導航、衛星通信及組合導航等方面的研究。研究成果發表於國際知名期刊，發表論文總計40餘篇，發明專利20餘件，登記軟體著作權30餘件。負責完成過國家科技進步二等獎項目（“863”計畫）最終指標1項，負責完成過“973”計畫項目特色創新指標2項等。先後承擔及參與多項國家自然科學基金、國家重大專項、國家重點基礎研究發展計畫（973計畫）、國家高技術研究發展計畫（863計畫）、國家重點研發計畫、中國科學院院級創新項目等。
