胡元晶，女，天津市中心婦產科醫院黨委副書記、院長，主任醫師，國務院特貼專家，天津醫科大學及南開大學碩士、博士導師。

工作經歷

從事婦產科臨床工作20餘年,在婦科腫瘤專業臨床和基礎研究均有很深的造詣，參與並主持國內多項宮頸癌、內膜癌及卵巢癌等婦科腫瘤相關的基礎研究工作，如卵巢癌的靶向治療機制，宮頸癌的發生與抑癌基因甲基化的相關性等等，並參與國際聯合項目卡羅林斯卡學院宮頸癌有關的基礎研究項目，有在香港大學瑪麗醫院從事臨床工作經歷,並作為訪問教授,在美國密西根大學醫院訪問學習。

曾任天津市中心婦產科醫院副院長

現任天津市中心婦產科醫院黨委副書記、院長。

研究方向

1.天津市重點研發計畫科技支撐重點項目，面向高劑量內放療的後裝治療系統研發，2018-2021，30萬元，在研，（與天津大學合作）我方第1完成人。

2.天津市科技重大專項與工程計畫，遺傳性非息肉性結直腸癌首發為子宮內膜癌的家系研究與早期診斷方法的開發和套用研究，2017-2021，50萬元,在研、主持。

3.省（自治區、直轄市）級科技項目，iRGD修飾的納米顆粒遞送MCL-1抑制劑在卵巢癌靶向治療中的機制研究，2020-2023，40，在研，主持。
