穆鳳良（1956-），遼寧師範大學學士，英國紐卡斯爾大學碩士，香港嶺南大學翻譯學博士，曾在《中國翻譯》、《上海翻譯》、香港《翻譯季刊》等刊物上發表有關翻譯的論文，為中國翻譯協會專家會員，清華大學外語系副教授。
