程景勝

程景勝 天津大學化工學院教授.研究工作集中於微生物製藥,針對"微生物細胞對環境的適應性及產物合成的高效性”問題,①運用系統生物學方法從蛋白和代謝物水平揭示工業酵母菌接種密度的依賴性和真空環境適應性回響機制,發現高密度接種導致細胞代謝途徑間轉換的特性;②採用工程策略調節多粘芽孢桿菌胞外氧化還原態勢,結合外源還原劑調節顯著提高2,3-丁二醇產量和產率。③建立了提高次生代謝物產量的新策略,為新型抗生素合成調節提供理論依據;有助於運用合成生物學和系統代謝工程策略構建robust的工業菌株。④研究輔因子對SMX降解和生物轉化的影響,探究SMX在微生物細胞內的代謝途徑,為人工建立以輔因子為基礎的混菌體系提供依據。已發表學術論文40餘篇,獲得授權專利5項,申請專利10項。
