研究興趣包括組織公平、創造力、進言、離職、戰略人力資源管理等。已在Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Organizational Behavior、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、Management and Organization Review、《管理世界》、《心理學報》等國內外頂尖學術期刊上發表10餘篇論文。還撰寫了多篇管理評論或案例發表在《北大商業評論》、《清華管理評論》、《中歐商業評論》、《管理學家》等中國頂級的管理雜誌上。10餘篇論文在國際頂尖管理學術會議上報告,如Academy of Management (AOM)、中國管理研究國際學會(IACMR)、Academy of International Business (AIB)等。
