人物生平
1981年山東師範大學本科畢業，1984年山東大學生物系碩士研究生畢業，畢業後留校工作至今，1998年獲南京師範大學博士學位。學術兼職：中國動物學會理事、獸類學報編委、山東動物學會常務副理事長和山東生化與分子生物學會副理事長。
主要貢獻
多次短期赴日本山口大學和九州工業大學、德國奧斯納布呂克大學和吉森大學、韓國忠北大學等進行短期訪問和合作研究。一直從事動物生化與分子生物學等方面的研究。主持和參加國家和省部級研究項目20餘項，包括八五和九五攻關、973、863和國家自然科學基金等項目。申請國家發明專利8項，獲得授權專利4項。在Molecular Immunology,Developmental Comparative Immunology等國內外刊物發表論文100餘篇，近年來在無脊椎動物先天免疫研究方面取得了較好的進展，特別是在先天免疫的非己識別和效應分子等方面取得了較大進展。率先從中國對蝦和家蠅中克隆了對蝦素、天蠶素和防禦素等多種抗菌肽基因，多數在原核和真核內表達成功。此類分子在醫學、農業和水產方面有很大套用前景。
