基本信息

990年赴日留學,1997年畢業於日本神戶大學大學院醫學研究科,獲得醫學博士學位。1997 至 2005 年先後在日本千葉大學醫學研究院、日本國立國際醫療中心研究所代謝疾病研究部,從事糖尿病代謝性疾病的研究工作。2005 年回國進入中國科學院上海藥物研究所工作,至今任上海藥物研究所研究員、代謝性疾病藥理課題組組長。

研究方向

主要研究方向為代謝失調性疾病的新藥發現與藥理藥效學研究,以及代謝失調性疾病發生髮展分子機制和藥物新靶標確認研究。
1. 選擇與代謝性疾病相關(肥胖、糖尿病、高脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝以及皮膚色素代謝失調)的G-蛋白偶聯受體、酶分子作為藥物篩選的主要靶點,建立細胞或分子水平的高通量篩選模型,通過篩選和評價,從中發現具有良好開發前景的藥物先導化合物
2. 胰島β-細胞糖脂毒性機制的研究以及β-細胞保護藥物的發現研究。
3. 棕色、白色脂肪細胞分化的分子機制研究及其藥物干預的研發。
4. 黑色素代謝的信號通路研究以及黑色素代謝失調性疾病干預的藥物研發。
5. 基於激酶B-RafV600E的抗皮膚黑色素瘤藥物發現與研究。
