王歆燕，女，清華大學化學系副研究員，現任有機所支部書記、系教學辦主任。1992年至1996年就讀於中南大學化學系獲學士學位，1997年至2000年在該校攻讀碩士學位，2000年至2003年在清華大學化學系獲博士學位。2004年進入清華大學化學系從事博士後研究，2006年晉升助理研究員，2011年起任副研究員，同年赴美國麻省理工學院化學系Stephen L. Buchwald教授課題組任訪問學者。其研究方向聚焦有機合成、不對稱合成及含氮雜環的合成方法學，相關成果發表於《Organic Letters》《Journal of Organic Chemistry》《Chinese Chemical Letters》等期刊，涉及TfOH/Tf2O促進的有機合成反應研究。
