人物簡介

王德壽,男,1964年9月生。理學博士,教授,博士導師,中國動物學會理事,中國魚類學會副理事長,中國動物學會比較內分泌學分會理事,中國水產學會水產生物技術專業委員會委員,中國遺傳學會動物遺傳專業委員會委員,重慶動物學會理事長,重慶市水產學學術技術帶頭人。淡水魚類資源與生殖發育教育部重點實驗室主任,重慶市發改委淡水魚類新品種繁育工程實驗室主任,魚類的生殖和發育研究教育部創新團隊魚類生殖與生長調控方向帶頭人,西南大學生命科學學院院長。1988年在西南師範大學獲碩士學位後留校任教,1993年破格晉升為副教授。1996年從中山大學生命科學學院魚類室獲理學博士學位後回校工作,1998年晉升為教授。1998-2007年先後在以色列巴伊蘭大學、荷蘭烏德勒支大學比較內分泌研究小組、香港中文大學生化系和日本國立基礎生物學研究所生殖生物學研究室做博士後、訪問學者或合作研究。
主要從事魚類生殖和生長調控、特別是性別分化分子機制研究。從80年代中期開始對長江上游大鰭鱯和南方鮎等鮎形目魚類進行了系統研究。為將它們培育成為名、特、優新品種做了奠基性工作。近年來,對芳香化酶基因的表達調控做了開創性的工作,提出轉錄因子通過調節芳香化酶表達,控制雌激素水平從而決定性別分化方向的假說並加以證實。在遺傳育種方面,建立了分子標記選育遺傳全雄和超雄羅非魚的技術、轉基因和基因工程育種技術。在生長方面,與香港中文大學鄭漢其教授團隊合作,先後從多種硬骨魚類克隆了兩個生長激素受體(GHR1,GHR2),兩個促乳素受體(PRLR1,PRLR2)和三個類胰島素生長因子(IGF-1,IGF-2,IGF-3),且發現IGF-3僅在性腺表達,據此提出了魚類存在一個性腺特有的GH/GHR/IGF軸的假說以解釋魚類性腺的生長與身體的生長既相互聯繫又相互獨立的生理現象。先後主持863和973課題、國家自然科學基金重點、教育部重點、農業部948項目等20餘項。先後在PLOS Genetics、Scientific Reports、Genetics、Endocrinology、Molecular Endocrinology、Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology、Journal of Molecular Endocrinology、Journal of Endocrinology、General and Comparative Endocrinology、Biology of Reproduction、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications、Molecular Reproduction and development、BMC Molecular Biology、Gene Expression Patterns、Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology 、Zoological Science、Fish Physiology and Biochemistry、Journal of Fish Biology、《動物學報》和《水產學報》等國內外學術雜誌發表學術論文100餘篇,70餘篇被SCI收錄,總影響因子超過150,被SCI論文引用1500餘次。多次在國際學術會議上作特邀或大會發言。獲重慶市自然科學一等獎、科技進步一等獎和教學成果二等獎各一項。 獲得發明專利5項。
先後為本科和研究生主講分子生物學、脊椎動物學及實驗、比較生理學、魚類生理學、生物統計學、專業英語等課程。領銜申報獲準動物學重慶市市級精品課程。

學術成就

從上世紀80年代中期開始對長江流域中的鮎形目魚類進行了套用基礎和開發研究工作,內容涉及年齡與生長、食性、繁殖、胚胎髮育與胚後發育、生殖的神經內分泌調控、人工繁殖、性別決定與分化等領域。對大鰭鱯和粗唇鮠的生物學進行了深入系統的研究並獲得該魚人工繁殖的成功。提出以新型魚類催產劑取代類似物加腦垂體的方法誘導經濟鮎魚人工繁殖並在生產實踐中得到實際套用。在南方鮎、長吻鮠的苗種生產和養殖推廣方面做了大量工作,產生了可觀的經濟效益和社會效益。近年來主要以重要養殖魚類羅非魚和南方鮎為研究對象,從事魚類性別決定與分化和生長調控的分子機制研究,在芳香化酶的表達調控、減數分裂的控制、生長激素及其受體和類胰島素樣生長因子等方面取得了突出成績:

基因

1、從硬骨魚類克隆了一系列在性別決定通路上起重要作用的基因,首次提出轉錄因子通過調控芳香化酶的表達、控制雌激素水平而影響魚類性分化方向的假說,並用離體和在體研究加以證明(Molecular Endocrinology 為闡明脊椎動物尤其是魚類性別決定與分化分子機制提供了新思路。2007BBRC),2004,第一作者;Journal of Endocrinology(JOE)2007aFBP 2009,通訊作者

2、從羅非魚等硬骨魚類克隆了類固醇合成途徑中居於核心位置的關鍵酶P450c17a-II,發現它才是真正參與魚類配子成熟誘導激素合成的酶,進一步闡明了魚類類固醇合成途徑和分子機制,並提出它可能與早期減數分裂調控相關(Endocrinology2007,指導博士生完成,排名第二;BBRC 2007,同等貢獻作者)。此外,還克隆了羅非魚和南方鮎生殖細胞和減數分裂的多種分子標記,為闡明魚類減數分裂調控機制及其在脊椎動物的演化趨勢奠定了基礎。

基因編碼

3、提出硬骨魚類普遍具有不同基因編碼的兩種GHR(JME 2006,同等貢獻作者)、PRLR(JOE 2007b,通訊作者)和三種IGF(BBRC 2008,第一作者)的假說並加以證實,提出在魚類性腺中可能存在特有的“GH/GHR/IGF-3”軸以解釋魚類性腺生長既依賴於身體生長又獨立於身體生長的分子機制;此外還克隆了多種轉錄因子(BBRC,2002,2004;2006,第一作者)和類固醇合成酶的複製基因(JME 20032005,同等貢獻作者),開闢了魚類生殖和生長研究的新領域。

近5年共發表SCI收錄論文30餘篇,其中第一作者及通訊作者11篇,同等貢獻作者3篇。論文被他引200餘次,單篇他引最高37次。近年來5次在國際學術會議上作大會(特邀)發言,現為多種國內外學術雜誌特約審稿人。主持863項目和973子課題各1項,國家自然科學基金3項,教育部重點項目和省市課題5項。
