焦昌梅，女，博士，講師。現任鹽城師範學院化學與環境工程學院教師。2001年獲南師大鹽城師專本科班理學學士學位，2004年獲蘇州大學理學碩士學位，2016年獲河北工業大學工學博士學位，2001年8月起在鹽城師範學院化學與環境工程學院從事教學和科研工作。主持30萬的橫向合作項目1項、省科技廳15萬的前瞻性項目1項（BY2015058-06）、中科院有機所的開放性課題1項和校級科研項目2項，參與省科技廳自然科學基金項目1項（BK20141257）、教育廳科研成果產業化推進項目2項（JHZD09-31，JH07-037），和市（廳）級項目1項(YK2008035)，還參與完成校級科研項目和江蘇省灘涂生物資源與環境保護重點建設實驗室項目多項。發表論文十餘篇，其中被SCI收錄6篇，EI收錄2篇，申請國家發明專利多項，其中授權1項。
