1973年中國科學院微生物研究所細菌分類學實驗室細菌分類組自山東省無影山表土中分離出一株革蘭氏陰性桿菌 (編號161)， 它對小鼠的宮頸癌、 肝癌和黑色素瘤有明顯抑制作用，對金黃色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢桿菌和微球菌也有抵抗作用。它與已知的假單胞菌均不相同，因此，菌 株161被認為是假單胞菌屬的一個新種，研究人員蔡妙英、 王吉昌命名其為濟南假單胞菌。

摘要 | 1973年自山東省無影山 表土中分離出一株革蘭氏陰性桿菌 (編號161). 它對小鼠 的宮頸癌, 肝癌和黑色素瘤有明顯抑制作用, 對金黃色葡 萄球菌,枯草芽孢桿菌和微球菌也有拮抗作用. 該菌具 極生叢鞭毛. 直或稍彎曲的桿狀, 0.5-0.6 X 1-2 micrometer. 培養2-5d的細胞內含有聚B-羥基丁酸鹽顆粒 . 產生綠色水溶性色素和綠色螢光色素.營呼吸代謝. 化 能異養菌許多含碳的化合物可作為唯一的碳源利用, 例如 葡萄糖, 海藻糖, 乙醇, 纖維二糖, 岩藻糖, 精氨酸和甜 菜鹼. 不利用丙酸和酒石酸.不需要生長因子. 液化明膠. 不水解澱粉. 產精氨酸雙水解酶. 7-37'C和pH 5.65-8.40生長. 不能以氫營自養生活. DNA的G+C含量為 58.1mol%. 它與已知的假單胞菌均不相同. 因此, 認為菌 株161為假單胞菌屬的一個新種命名為濟南假單胞菌 (Pseudomonas jinanensis Cai & Wang sp. nov.). |
Abstract | Two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the foci of soft rot in scarlet kafirlily leaf. One of them, No.85-2, is a Gram-positive,acid-fast-negative, non-spore-forming, without flagellium and motility, facultative anaerobion, and coccus in chain consisting of four cells.Many kinds of carbohydrates can be utilized, but no gas is produced. Gelatin can not be liquefied. Catalase and phenylalanine deaminase are negative.Litmus milk is reduced, coagulated and peptonized. Growth is found in the rang temperature between 15'C and 53'C. Gcontent in DNA is 41.7 mol%.The strain (85-2) is considered to be a new species because its some characteristics are different from the known species of genus Streptococcusand designated as Streptococcus miniatus Zhou, Ping et Shao sp. nov. |
