汪俊松,1975年7月生,安徽無為人,博士,教授,德國洪堡學者,南京理工大學博士研究生導師,生物工程系主任。主要研究方向:天然藥物化學研究、中藥複方研究和代謝組學新技術新方法及其套用研究。

人物簡介

汪俊松,1975年7月生,安徽無為人,博士,教授,德國洪堡學者,南京理工大學博士研究生導師,生物工程系主任。先後入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”和江蘇省“333工程”第三(中青年科學技術帶頭人)、第二層次(中青年科技領軍人才),國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金評審專家。主持德國洪堡學者研究基金,國家自然科學基金青年、面上基金,教育部新世紀優秀人才,參與並獲得省部級、國家級科技獎勵成果共四項。發表SCI論文155篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者的SCI論文64篇,H指數28。

學習與工作經歷

1992年9月-1996年7月,安徽中醫藥大學藥學院中藥系獲得中藥學學士學位;
1996年7月-1999年8月,安徽省中藥材公司質檢員;
1999年9月-2005年3月,於中科院昆明植物研究所植物化學與西部植物資源持續利用國家重點實驗室進行研究並獲得理學博士學位;
2005年9月-2007年1月,於韓國生命工學研究院進行博士後研究;
2007年2月-2008年2月,在世界著名的亞歷山大·馮·洪堡基金會資助下作為洪堡學者在德國癌症研究中心開展研究工作;
2008年3月-2013年1月,作為海外引進人才供職中國藥科大學中藥學院(直聘副教授);
2013年2月至今,南京理工大學環境與生物工程學院、分子代謝中心教授。

研究方向

1.天然藥物化學研究:天然產物活性成分的提取、分離、結構鑑定、修飾、生物活性及方法學研究。
2.中藥複方研究:根據中藥複方多成分、多靶點、整體作用的特點,綜合運用系統科學、計算科學、非線性科學等多學科交叉融合手段處理其化學組成信息和藥效活性信息,探討其生物效應的譜效關係,構建中藥複方的質量標準和評價體系,闡明其物質基礎。
3.代謝組學新技術新方法及其套用研究:以NMR和GC-MS、UPLC-QTOF-MS為主要測試手段,發展代謝組學研究新方法。對生物體內內源性代謝物進行定量分析,結合模式識別和機器學習方法,尋找代謝物與生理病理毒理變化的相對關係,藉助於化學信息和生物信息等交叉學科探究其生物學意義及提出科學假說。
