毛新良

毛新良,博士,教授,博士生導師。先後畢業於同濟醫科大學(現華中科技大學同濟醫學院)和北京大學。曾獲日本國際交流獎學金赴日本富山醫科藥科大學完成博士論文研究。2000-2004年先後在加拿大麥克馬斯特大學生物化學系和史丹福大學醫學院進行博士後研究。2004年8月-2009年8月多倫多大學安大略省腫瘤研究所從事惡性血液病的靶向新藥研究。2009年9月起受聘蘇州大學唐仲英血液學研究中心,任教授、博士生導師,江蘇省血液學研究所兼職教授。創建了分子靶向白血病新藥研究實驗室(Laboratory for Targeted Anti-Leukemia Drug Discovery)。為美國血液學學會和美國腫瘤研究協會會員,國家自然科學基金評審專家。

個人簡介

毛新良博士在多年的國內外藥物研究中, 積累了豐富的科研經驗, 在分子腫瘤學、腫瘤藥理學、藥物毒理學、基因靶向藥物研究、前體藥物的高效篩選、依據結構活性關係的新藥設計、藥物代謝動力學以及臨床藥理學等方面取得了令人矚目的成就。先後申請了11項美國、國際和中國新藥發明專利,其中1項已經獲得加拿大衛生部批准進行臨床試驗(Phase I/II)。近幾年在Blood、Cancer Research、Oncogene、Journal of Clinical Investigation、European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics 等雜誌上已發表近20篇研究論文,均為SCI收錄,平均論文IF>7.0。
