歐陽華，男，1958年生，中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所研究員、博士生導師、中國科學院研究生院教授、全國政協第十一屆委員會委員。

工作經歷
1990年4月獲美國密執安理工大學生態學碩士學位，1994年8月獲美國密執安理工大學理學博士學位，1994年9月-1997年3月在中國科學院自然資源綜合考察委員會做博士後研究，1995年10月－1998年10月任中國科學院自然資源綜合考察委員會國土信息室主任，1997年3月被中國科學院自然資源綜合考察委員會破格晉升為研究員、1997年4月起為博士生導師，1998年8月－1999年12月任中國科學院自然資源綜合考察委員會副主任，1999年12月－2008年1月任中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所副所長。
科研成果
主要從事陸地生態系統景觀格局與過程的研究，目前的研究重點是青藏高原生態系統對全球變化的回響與評價、生態系統模型、東北亞生物資源與環境變化等研究，先後主持和參與國家重大基礎研究項目、科技部基礎性研究項目、中國科學院重要方向性研究項目和美國自然科學基金項目等，在國內外發表論文80餘篇，譯著1部，參編著作3部。
社會兼職
目前擔任CODATA中國委員會委員、人與生物圈中國委員會委員，青藏高原研究會理事,中國植物學會生態專業委員會委員，中國氣象局氣象生態專業委員會委員、中國國土經濟學研究會中小城市生態環境建設專家委員會委員，同時還擔任《植物生態學報》、《資源科學》、《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》、《Journal of Geographical Science》、《Chinese Geographical Sciences》等學術刊物的編委。
