柏彥超，1981年9月生，江蘇鹽城人，中共黨員，揚州大學環境科學與工程學院副院長、教授、博士生導師、農業資源與環境學科帶頭人；江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀青年骨幹教師，江蘇省“雙創博士”人才，揚州大學“拔尖人才成長計畫”高端人才，揚州大學“優秀共產黨員”，美國阿巴拉契亞州立大學訪問學者；江蘇省土壤學會常務理事，江蘇省環境科學學會農業與農村環境專委會委員，江蘇省第三次全國土壤普查技術指導專家組成員，江蘇省首批土壤污染防治專家，江蘇省測土配方施肥協會專家委員，江蘇省退化耕地治理專家，江蘇省補充耕地質量評定專家。
主要從事鹽鹼地增碳培肥、固體廢棄物資源化、耕地質量評價與提升、農田土壤固碳特徵及機制、土壤重金屬環境行為及風險控制等領域的研究工作；主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發子課題等省部級課題15項；發表科研論文140餘篇，其中SCI論文70餘篇，主編英文專著1部，獲授權發明專利5項。
