廣西天峨李祖斌,男,漢族,1961年12月出生,籍貫廣西天峨,1987年12月加入中國共產黨,1976年9月參加工作,在職大學學歷。曾任中共天峨縣委常委、政法委書記,現任天峨縣委常委、副縣長,擬提拔擔任正處級領導職務。

2006年博士畢業後留校任教至今,主要從事微納光學領域的研究。發表論文二十餘篇,引用七十餘次。
