朱姆沃爾特號驅逐艦（英文：USS Zumwalt，舷號：DDG-1000）是美國海軍朱姆沃爾特級驅逐艦的首艦，以海軍上將埃爾莫·朱姆沃爾特名字命名。

朱姆沃爾特號驅逐艦是美國海軍新一代多用途對地打擊宙斯盾艦。該艦從艦體設計、電機動力、指管通情、網路通信、偵測導航、武器系統等，無一不是超越當代、全新研發的尖端科技結晶，是美國海軍的新世代主力水面艦艇。

朱姆沃爾特號驅逐艦於2016年10月15日正式服役。
