曾海波(南京理工大學特聘教授)

曾海波,南京理工大學納米光電材料研究所所長、教授、博導。2006年博士畢業於中科院固體物理所,曾工作於中科院、德國、日本,先後獲得首屆國家優秀青年基金(2012年)、安徽省科學技術一等獎(2013年),現主持科技部973項目課題、國家自然科學基金等項目,擔任南京理工大學學術委員會委員、Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》編輯等學術兼職。

2018年5月,入選第三批國家“萬人計畫”科技創新領軍人才。

個人經歷

曾海波,1977年生,南京理工大學教授、博導、學術委員會委員,Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》編輯。2006年中科院固體物理所獲博士學位,隨後工作於固體所、德國卡爾斯魯厄大學、日本國家材料科學研究所、南京航空航天大學。2013年創建南理工納米光電材料研究所,擔任所長至今。先後獲得首批國家優秀青年基金(2012)、霍英東教育基金會青年教師獎(2014)、第二批國家“萬人計畫”青年拔尖人才(2015)。

主要從事新型顯示與特種感測材料及器件研究。獲國家授權專利8項,發表SCI論文150餘篇,他引6000餘次,超過100次15篇,H因子40。2013年創建南理工光電所以來,發表通訊作者SCI論文80餘篇,ESI高引頻論文8篇,影響因子大於10的論文20篇,包括Adv. Mater. 4篇、Adv. Funct. Mater. 6篇、NPG Asia Mater. 2篇、Nano Letters 2篇、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 6篇。獲得Nature、Nature Nanotech.等專題亮點報導20餘次。

研究成果

全無機鈣鈦礦LED
發展了全無機鈣鈦礦量子點的室溫合成方法;揭示了其發光的多色、色純、高效等優點及起源;率先構建了其廣色域三基色電致發光QLED、高顯色類太陽健康白光LED等新型顯示原型器件。
砷烯與銻烯等新型二維晶體
在國際上率先理論設計了新型超薄二維半導體砷烯、銻烯 (Angew 2015, 54, 3112),揭示了新穎電子結構與藍光器件套用前景 (Angew 2015, invited),獲Nature等15個學術媒體亮點報導;在國際上首次觀察到白石墨烯絕緣體-半導體轉變 (NL 2010, 10, 5049),發展了白石墨烯三維泡沫的無模板大產量發泡合成方法 (NPG AM 2015, doi:10.1038/am.2015.8; am.2015.11),被NPG Asia Materials等評論為“白石墨烯的升起”、“理論和實驗的橋樑”,單篇論文獲SCI他引215次。
印刷製程柔彈性透明電極
發展了摻雜納米晶的普適性一鍋熱解合成方法,實現了氧化鋅納米晶的高質量n型摻雜,大幅度提升了柔性電極性能(Angew 2015, 54, 462);實現了銅納米線表面的鎳合金化,將彈性電極穩定性由幾天提高到1200多天,被NanoWerk等亮點評論為“最佳性能”、“超穩定的彈性電極” (NL 2014, 14, 6298);實現了氧化鋅納米線電輸運的外延界面提高(Adv. Mater. 2013, 25, 5677);受邀發表“用於穿戴式器件的柔彈性電極”的綜述論文(Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501233R1 and 10.1002/ange.201501233R1)。
氧化鋅與碳點缺陷發光機制
發展了亞穩半導體納米顆粒的液相雷射燒蝕普適生長方法(JPCB 2005, 109, 18260),觀察到非平衡過程誘導的亞穩缺陷態與新穎藍色發光(APL 2006, 88, 171910),分別獲得SCI引用240次、120次,受邀在Wiley John & Sons Publishers出版該領域英文編著;提出了氧化鋅藍色發光的間隙鋅缺陷態模型 (AFM 2010, 20, 561),單篇論文SCI他引443次,同行評論“為設計與實現白光LED提供了新思路”;提出了調控碳點發光特性的表面態工程 (Scientific Reports, 2014, 4, 4976),實現了碳點高效固態發光與背光源白光LED,ChemistryViews等亮點報導“低成本環境友好的螢光粉與白光LED” (Angew 2015, 54, 1759),發展了提升碳點電子轉移與光催化能力的銅氮共摻方案 (Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501912),以發光納米晶為主題,發表綜述兩篇(AFM 2012, 22, 1333; 2015, 50, 5050);提出了改善氧化鋅光催化性能的空心殼層與肖特基界面協同增強策略(ACS Nano 2008, 2, 1661),獲SCI引用300餘次,入選“百篇最具影響國際學術論文”;實現了大面積氧化鋅陣列有序度、密度、錐度調控及場發射性能提高(AFM 2009, 19, 3165),獲SCI引用130餘次。
