《搏擊俱樂部2》於2015年5月2日發布“自由漫畫日特別版”（Free Comic Book Day edition），並在當月晚些正式連載常規系列的第一期。該漫畫是之前恰克·帕拉尼克在評論界獲極高讚譽（甚至具有劃時代意義）的小說《搏擊俱樂部》的續集，仍由恰克·帕拉尼克創作，由卡梅隆·圖爾特繪製。

漫畫續集將聚焦1996年恰克·帕拉尼克小說里的無名氏主人公，看他作為一個丈夫（妻子為原版小說女友瑪拉），一個父親如何生活——儘管很難去爭論這是不是他想要的生活。但是至少，他現在有了一個名字：塞巴斯蒂安。與此同時，他身體裡的另一個暴力狂，泰勒德頓，好像並沒有如他幻想那樣走遠。
