戴珒博士在清華大學經濟管理學院獲得經濟學學士學位、管理學碩士與博士學位。2008-2009年度德國總理學者。2009年獲Emerald/IACMR中國管理研究獎。2013年12月加入上海科技大學創業與管理學院，任助理教授。
