徐根玖

西北工業大學教授，博導，套用數學系系主任。荷蘭University of Twente套用數學博士，美國University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign訪問學者。入選西北工業大學“翱翔青年學者”人才計畫，獲國家教育教學成果一等獎1項。現任中國運籌學會博弈論分會常務理事、副秘書長，美國數學評論員，主要從事博弈論及其套用研究，主持國家自然科學基金項目5項，省部級基金項目3項。在EJOR、JOTA、JORS、ORL、EA、ET、JMAA、LAA等學術期刊發表SCI/SSCI檢索論文20餘篇。

個人簡介

2008年獲得荷蘭Twente大學套用數學博士學位，2010年突破限制條件晉升副教授，2015年晉升教授。先後入選西北工業大學“翱翔之星”計畫、“新人新方向”計畫、“翱翔青年學者”計畫。研究方向為博弈論及其套用，主要研究興趣包括合作博弈的最佳化分配方案與機制設計及其在經濟管理領域的套用、無線自組網路信息安全博弈分析、協同對抗策略研究。近兩年開展博弈論與人工智慧、博弈論與大數據等新興交叉方向的研究。獲國家教育教學成果一等獎1項，多次榮獲“最滿意教師”、“優秀青年教師”等稱號。

主持國家自然科學基金項目5項，教育部留學回國基金1項，陝西省自然科學基金項目2項；作為主要成員參與國家自然科學基金項目4項。在EJOR、JOTA、JORS、ORL、EA、ET、JMAA、LAA等學術期刊發表SCI/SSCI檢索論文20餘篇。擔任中國運籌學會博弈論分會常務理事、秘書長，國家自然科學基金、留學回國基金通訊評審專家，美國Math Review評論員，國際博弈論學會會員，以及EJOR、FSS、ANOR、PLOS ONE、BOER、系統理論與實踐、系統工程學報、管理科學學報、運籌學學報、計算機工程與科學等多個學術期刊審稿人。擔任Twente大學、Dibrugarh大學博士論文評審專家及答辯委員。發起並組織中國-荷蘭對策論系列國際研討會，擔任了8個國際學術會議的組委會委員與分會主席，並應邀在多個博弈論及其套用國際學術會議上做大會報告。
