彭志鵬，男，漢族，出生於1991年12月，湖北武漢人。現為西安工業大學經濟管理學院講師，主要從事交通數據分析、交通運輸規劃與管理等方向的研究。參與國家社科基金項目1項。在《Safety Science》、《Traffic Injury Prevention》、《International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion》、《東北大學學報》等SCI、EI、CSCD檢索重要期刊上發表論文6篇。
