張辰宇

張辰宇,1966年出生,長江特聘教授, 博士生導師,現南京大學生命科學學院院長。曾獲得日本學術振興會特別研究員獎、美國糖尿病學會青年學者獎等。

張辰宇教授主要從事身體的能量代謝及細胞的能量代謝的分子作用機理及與之相關的疾病,如肥胖,糖尿病的發病機理方面的研究。

研究方向

在研究中發現了UCP2 及O2--UCP2途徑導致2型糖尿病的新的發病機理。其間,也曾系統性地研究了PGC-1a的功能。還發現了BAD與GK在線粒體上形成複合物,第一次把細胞凋亡與細胞的糖代謝聯繫在一起。論文在Cell, Nature, Science, JCI, Mol.Cell, PNAS,等雜誌上發表40餘篇。發表文章的總引用次數達2500次。張辰宇教授在糖尿病的基礎研究方面做了大量的研究工作,有很好的研究基礎。
