張良波，男，1979年生，中共黨員，副教授，碩士生導師，現任河南工業大學環境工程學院副院長。2011年獲同濟大學市政工程博士學位。河南省科技廳專家庫專家，河南省高新技術企業專家庫專家，鄭州市科技局人才專家庫專家，河南工業大學優秀教師，河南工業大學科技創新人才，河南省大學生創業計畫競賽優秀指導教師，多個國際權威期刊審稿人。目前發表學術論文40餘篇，其中第一作者SCI收錄14篇，高被引論文1篇，以第一發明人授權發明專利2項。參與國家自然科學基金項目3項，主持省部級和地廳級項目5項。
