張良波,男,1979年生,中共黨員,副教授,碩士生導師,現任河南工業大學環境工程學院副院長。2011年獲同濟大學市政工程博士學位。河南省科技廳專家庫專家,河南省高新技術企業專家庫專家,鄭州市科技局人才專家庫專家,河南工業大學優秀教師,河南工業大學科技創新人才,河南省大學生創業計畫競賽優秀指導教師,多個國際權威期刊審稿人。目前發表學術論文40餘篇,其中第一作者SCI收錄14篇,高被引論文1篇,以第一發明人授權發明專利2項。參與國家自然科學基金項目3項,主持省部級和地廳級項目5項。
