2003，9--：中國協和醫科大學、中國醫學科學院，基礎醫學研究所，生物化學與分子生物學系，醫學分子生物學國家重點實驗室，研究員。
2002，7-2003，8：哈佛醫學院附屬Brigham and Women’s Hospital做博士後研究。主要從事：利用純化的蛋白質體系進行染色質的體外組裝；利用組裝的染色質作模板進行轉錄研究。闡明組蛋白的不同修飾對轉錄活性的影響。
2000，9-2002，6： 哈佛醫學院做博士後研究.。主要從事：趨化因子(Chemokine)在中樞神經系統炎症性疾病中的作用; 趨化因子基因的轉錄表達調控過程; 趨化因子基因表達的信號傳導途經。
研究方向
真核基因轉錄調控；染色質修飾與表觀遺傳學；腫瘤分子生物學。
