張建宇(重慶大學航空航天學院教授)

張建宇,男,漢族,黑龍江人,1973年12月生,博士,重慶大學航空航天學院教授。 研究工作圍繞飛行器結構疲勞可靠性這個主題展開,作為項目負責人主持了30多個科研項目,主持項目的契約經費累計1500萬元以上;作為主要成員參與10多個科研項目;科研經費到款1300餘萬元。主持科研項目包括:國家自然科學基金面上項目2項,國家863重大項目子課題1項,大型客機預研和型號攻關百萬以上項目2項。獲航空科技進步一等獎和北航科技進步二等獎各一項。在國內外學術期刊/會議上發表和錄用論文130餘篇,SCI期刊論文28篇,WOS引用88次;EI/ISTP收錄85篇。以第一享有人申請國家發明專利6項,已授權2項。

作為疲勞專家參與多個型號飛行器的研製方案、試驗總任務書及首飛等評審,參與多個在役、在研飛行器型號的故障分析、故障歸零工作,參與載人航天工程三期材料選型評審。

研究方向

金屬多軸疲勞:開展了金屬材料多軸高周疲勞研究,提出了疲勞軟性係數這個力學量作為多軸疲勞失效模式的判據,並進行了系統驗證,解決了多軸高周疲勞失效模式判據缺失問題。相關工作已在國際期刊IJ Fatigue上發表了系列論文,被法國、葡萄牙、波蘭等國同行多次引用。
複合材料疲勞斷裂:通過理論和實驗研究,揭示了多向界面分層擴展阻力的形成機制,建立了阻力修正的分層疲勞擴展模型,可以準確地描述多向層板的分層擴展規律。這些成果已在Composite Structures, IJ Fatigue, Journal of Composite Materials等期刊發表系列論文,並被美國、荷蘭、西班牙等國同行多次引用。
疲勞可靠性工程:圍繞Jxx系列飛機機翼、尾翼的復材主結構開展研究,建立了復材結構外場損傷性能評價技術體系,完成了關鍵構件的試驗驗證,在Jxx-B疲勞定壽和Jxx-D型號選材中獲得了直接套用。幫助航天主機院所完成了多個型號的疲勞壽命評定,在實踐中逐步建立起飛彈疲勞壽命評定的技術體系。在疲勞可靠性工程方面的研究成果已套用于飛機、飛彈、衛星等11個型號,取得了重大軍事和經濟效益。
