廖虎昌,1989年3月出生,研究員,博士生導師。上海交通大學博士,英國曼徹斯特大學聯合培養博士,西班牙格拉納達大學博士(生);澳大利亞悉尼科技大學博士後,四川大學博士後。四川省青年千人,四川省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選,IEEE高級會員,澳大利亞奮進研究學者,西班牙格拉納達大學數據科學與計算智慧型研究所(DaSCI)外國研究員;入選四川大學雙百人才計畫,四川大學哲學社會科學青年傑出人才培育計畫,四川大學青年科技學術帶頭人培育計畫等。中國運籌學會決策科學分會理事,中國管理現代化研究會管理與決策科學專業委員會理事,中國系統工程學會模糊數學與模糊系統專業委員會理事,四川省金融科技學會首屆理事,國家自然科學基金通訊評審專家,美國數學學會特邀評論員,四川大學“德沃群芳”標兵團隊成員。2019年5月在計算機科學領域進入ESI全球前1%的3270名科學家中排名第600位;在工程學領域進入ESI全球前1%的8766名科學家中排名第4497位。

學術研究

廖虎昌
先後師從IEEE Fellow、IFSA Fellow、IET Fellow徐澤水教授,西班牙皇家工程院院士Francisco Herrera教授,IEEE Fellow、IFSA Fellow Jie Lu教授和國際系統與控制科學院院士徐玖平教授。長期從事複雜信息決策理論與方法、認知計算與決策支持系統、模糊集與模糊系統、大數據驅動的醫療管理決策等方面的研究,豐富和發展了複雜信息的決策理論與方法體系。
主要包括:(1)提出了直覺模糊決策信息、猶豫模糊決策信息及猶豫模糊語言決策信息的混合加權信息融合方法;(2)建立了複雜模糊信息的測度理論,包括猶豫模糊信息和猶豫模糊語言信息的距離和相似性測度、關聯性測度等;(3)系統地研究了含有複雜模糊決策信息的妥協決策方法,提出含有猶豫模糊決策信息的HF-VIKOR方法和含有猶豫模糊語言信息的HFL-VIKOR方法;(4)系統地提出了直覺模糊層次分析法,並給出了基於積性一致性的直覺模糊偏好關係的優先權生成方法;(5)構建了直覺模糊群決策的理論框架,並系統地研究了直覺模糊群體決策的共識測度方法;(6)首次提出了猶豫模糊偏好關係及其積性一致性,並給出了基於猶豫模糊偏好關係的決策方法;(7)把上述研究成功套用到醫療管理、民航服務質量管理、項目管理、國家留學基金委博士生評選等複雜問題的建模與決策中。
