尹立河（1977－）：河北阜城人，研究員，博士，科技處處長。獲中國地質大學（北京）碩士學位。研究方向地下水補給、地下水循環與生態水文地質。地下水與生態研究學科帶頭人

（1）2000--2003年在陝西地礦局第二水文地質工程地質隊從事鄂爾多斯盆地地下水勘查工作。
（2）2003年—至今在西安地質調查中心從事鄂爾多斯盆地地下水勘查與研究，任技術骨幹、項目副負責，項目負責。

（3）現任寧夏回族自治區地質礦產勘查開發局局長助理，協助程建華總工程師負責地質勘查工作，協助余秋生副局長負責水工環方面的工作。

2006~至今，參與“鄂爾多斯盆地北部地下水循環與合理開發利用研究”項目，任項目負責人。
