尹燁

尹燁，華大基因CEO。哥本哈根大學博士，基因組學研究員，大連理工大學兼職教授，第三屆中國人類遺傳資源管理專家組成員，中國計量測試學會生物計量專業委員會委員，中國抗癌協會腫瘤科普防治專業委員會常務委員，第二屆廣東十大科學傳播達人，深圳市標準化協會第七屆理事會會長，第四批國家“萬人計畫”科技創業領軍人才。

他熱愛生命科學，做研究、發論文、惜人才、重團隊，曾任華大科技總裁、華大集團營運長（COO）、華大醫學總裁。

他是“非典”科研攻關主要參與者之一，曾當選最年輕的中國傑出質量人、華大基因全球化布局推動者、華大基因收購CG項目核心成員、率領華大基因成功登入創業板。

2018年1月，他在JP Morgan會議上率先發布個人全基因組測序正式進入百元美金時代、同時發布解密所有5000種哺乳動物基因組的“生命周期表計畫”。

他心繫公益事業，組建面向罕見病群體的機構“同病相聯”，和團隊一起成立救助遺傳病的“華基金”“光基金”，帶領團隊發起多項罕見病救助計畫，並主導“科技援藏暨超低溫冰櫃運送活動”。

他是媒體圈、財經圈、科研圈最受歡迎的生物界“名嘴”，也是傳播生命科學的科普工作者。開設“天方燁談”電台節目，受邀出席WIRED、TEDx、一席、中國企業家論壇等媒體活動，為講述大眾“聽得懂的生命科學”。

人物經歷

2002年本科畢業後，尹燁加入華大集團（以下簡稱：華大）子公司——北京華大吉比愛生物技術有限公司，先後從事體外診斷試劑研發、產品註冊、生產管理、質量管理、市場行銷等工作，在生物產品研發、生產、質控、申報註冊及生物技術臨床套用推廣等方面有豐富的經驗，主持申報數十項體外診斷試劑及多項專利，對於GMP/IVD/ISO系列質量管理體系有深刻理解。
2003年春，尹燁作為“非典型性肺炎”（SARS）早期診斷科研攻關的主要參與者之一，在華大高效完成SARS病毒測序和獲得診斷蛋白之後，率領團隊在24小時內即完成了SARS診斷試劑盒研發及申報材料的準備，並順利獲得了國藥局（現食藥總局）的審批。隨後，華大及時將30萬人份SARS檢測試劑盒無償捐贈給國家非典防治指揮部，對疫情的防控起到了關鍵性作用。
2009年，尹燁調入華大集團深圳總部，負責基因組學及生物信息學全球範圍內的產業推廣，並先後出任華大基因科技合作事業部總裁、全球基因組平台負責人、華大生命科學研究院助理院長、華大集團營運長、華大醫學執行總裁等職。
2010年起，他開始組建華大全球行銷團隊，打造華大全球化科研、產業平台，完成了華大的全球化布局。期間，尹燁主持或參與了上百個國際基因組合作項目，包括“千種動植物基因組計畫”“百萬人重測序計畫”“蒙古族人基因組計畫”等大型項目，在Nature系列、Science、PNAS等國際頂級學術期刊發表近60篇論文（詳見主要論文部分），並促成華大與全球生命科學相關領域的機構建立良好的合作關係，為推動基因組學研究、分子育種、醫療健康、環境能源等領域的科研發展做出重要貢獻。
2013年，尹燁作為核心成員，參與完成華大對美國上市公司Complete Genomics的全資收購。
2014年，尹燁出任華大醫學執行總裁，全面貫徹“5P醫學”理念，降低出生缺陷及減少腫瘤等重大疾病對人類健康的危害，推動全球基因檢測的臨床套用發展。
2017年7月14日，深圳華大基因股份有限公司在創業板上市，成為中國基因科技第一股。目前，尹燁任深圳華大基因股份有限公司CEO，率領團隊積極推動前沿生物技術和基因組學研究成果的產業化套用，向全球頂尖的醫療機構、科研機構、大學、藥廠、育種公司等提供完整的基因組學解決方案，為臨床行為提供診斷、干預和治療依據，為生命科學及醫學創新提供技術和研究服務，和團隊一起致力於使華大基因成為全球基因科技、臨床套用的行業領導者。

公益實踐

在尹燁的帶領下，華大基因一直積極踐行改善人類健康的社會責任，心繫公益事業。他與團隊發起“生命周期表”等項目及活動，長期支持中國罕見病發展中心等罕見病專業組織，帶領團隊發起並組建“同並相聯”網站，以期打造成為罕見病、遺傳病診治與交流第一平台。與團隊多次發起罕見病救助項目，致力於推動對罕見病、血液疾病的關愛與救助。
尹燁個人亦帶頭捐款發起成立公益基金——華基金，永久免費為重症地貧患兒提供HLA配型；牽頭髮起成立“愛之光眼病基因檢測”“光基金”，意在免費提供基因檢測救助先天性眼疾的患者；發起成立“狂犬病科研基金”等專項基金，旨在推進狂犬病治療的臨床研究。
尹燁積極參與基因科普工作，多次受邀在WIRED、TEDx、一席、中國企業家論壇、亞布力企業家論壇、中歐EMBA、長江EMBA、北大EMBA、湖南衛視《我是未來》、混沌研習社、黑馬營、科技部人才中心、深圳市市民大講堂等平台授課，並在喜馬拉雅FM、懶人聽書等新媒體開設“天方燁談”基因科普欄目，通過多種渠道和途徑、上百集節目、上百篇文章，講大眾聽得懂的生命科學，宣傳、推廣與廣大人民民眾相關的基因技術與知識。
