嚴冬，上海交通大學上海高級金融學院金融學長聘副教授。
嚴冬於2007年獲南開大學財務管理專業學士學位；2009年，獲南開大學企業管理專業碩士學位；2015年，獲香港科技大學金融學專業博士學位。

人物經歷
2003年—2007年，嚴冬就讀於南開大學財務管理專業，畢業獲學士學位。
2007年—2009年，就讀於南開大學企業管理專業，畢業獲碩士學位。
2009年—2015年，就讀於香港科技大學金融學專業，畢業獲博士學位。
曾任伊拉斯姆斯大學鹿特丹管理學院金融學副教授（終身教職）、斯德哥爾摩經濟學院金融學助理教授。
現任上海交通大學上海高級金融學院金融學長聘副教授，歐洲經濟政策研究中心研究員及瑞典金融研究院研究員。

科研成就
- 科研綜述
嚴冬教授的研究領域包括公司金融、公司投資、金融市場與實體經濟傳導機制、私營企業及併購重組，已在 Review of Financial Studies，Review of Finance 等國際頂級學術刊物發表數篇高水平學術論文。其主持與參與的課題獲瑞典創新局、瑞典瓦蘭德研究基金、荷蘭政府等多項研究基金資助。其關於可贖回債券的研究於2024年獲 Review of Finance 期刊 IQAM 最佳論文獎。此外，嚴冬教授擔任多個國際學術期刊與學術會議的審稿人並參與組織了多個國際學術會議。曾為歐盟競爭總司、瑞典高等教育局提供政策諮詢。
