唐遙，男，北京大學光華管理學院套用經濟系副教授、博士生導師，北京大學管理科學中心副主任。1998年獲北京第二外國語學院經濟學學士學位，2003年獲西蒙弗雷澤大學經濟學碩士學位，2009年獲不列顛哥倫比亞大學經濟學博士學位。
1998年至1999年在中國建築第二工程局任翻譯，1999年至2001年任北京科寶優耐廚衛有限公司市場部經理及總經理助理。2009年至2017年任美國鮑登學院助理教授、副教授，2012年至2013年任加拿大威爾弗里德·勞雷爾大學訪問學者。加入北京大學光華管理學院，參與《2035年遠景目標研究》，獲教育部第九屆高等學校科學研究優秀成果一等獎。
研究方向涵蓋總量經濟學、國際經濟學、碳中和經濟學，主講國家級一流本科課程《總量經濟學》。2025年提出“優進優出”策略，主張構建國內國際雙循環新發展格局。合著《新質生產力中國經濟高質量發展的澎湃動能》，參與兩會後經濟形勢政策分析會並發表主旨演講。
