周恩民

周恩民

周恩民,1993年獲加拿大明尼多巴大學醫學院免疫學博士學位。1992年至2006年在加拿大農業部動物疾病研究所、加拿大國家動物外來病研究中心及美國依阿華州立大學獸醫學院擔任高級研究員、教授和免疫室主任。在國外20餘年科研教學中主持和參加加拿大及美國的有關動物病毒、疫苗和單克隆抗體等領域科研項目20餘個。發表SCI論文50餘篇。

2011年入選陝西省“百人計畫”,農業部獸用藥物與獸醫生物技術陝西科學觀測實驗站主任。

研究方向

豬繁殖與呼吸綜合徵防治
首次發現了藍耳病病毒自身抗獨特型抗體的存在。該抗體模擬藍耳病病毒的表面抗原,識別抗該表面抗原的抗體。相繼製備了單克隆抗獨特型抗體,並由此鑑定出了一個新型的藍耳病病毒受體,發現了該受體的阻斷抑制劑。獲得了國家發明專利。
戊型肝炎病毒研究
首次證明禽HEV(美國分離株)的 ORF2 蛋白免疫後能夠產生中和抗體並可以防止HEV的感染。ORF2 蛋白的抗原表位可以作為有效的免疫診斷抗原,用來鑑別人和禽HEV抗原決定簇。研究表明禽與人、豬HEV具有某些相同的抗原決定簇。最近首次在中國患有肝脾腫大綜合徵的雞病料中分離到禽HEV,已完成全基因組鑑定。
先後在 J. Immunol. (免疫學雜誌)、J. Virol.(病毒學雜誌)、J. Gen. Virol.(普通病毒學雜誌)J. Virol. Methods(病毒方法學雜誌)等刊物上發表67篇論文,在國際會議上發表論文70餘篇。
研究方向1:豬繁殖與呼吸綜合徵。豬繁殖與呼吸綜合徵病毒生物學、病毒與宿主互作、免疫調控、診斷試劑疫苗及生物製劑研發。
研究方向2:戊型肝炎。禽和豬戊型肝炎病毒生物學、病毒與宿主互作、致病機制、病毒跨種系傳播機制、診斷試劑疫苗及生物製劑研發。
