概述

清華大學電機系長聘教授、博士生導師,IET Fellow。國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才,曾獲首屆中國電機工程傑出青年工程師獎,入選教育部新世紀人才計畫,獲“電工行業-正泰科技獎”科技成就獎。主持研發了多維協同有功調控系統,被鑑定為該領域重大標誌性成果,在多個省級以上電網套用。提出了基於迴路分析、凸鬆弛技術、分散式最佳化以及隨機魯棒最佳化理論的主動配電網分析與最佳化方法體系,研發的主動配電網調控系統在多個城市電網套用。研發了基於FDNE的機電-電磁暫態實時混合仿真平台,提高了交直流混聯電網的仿真精度。作為技術負責人開發了國內首套現場套用的線上動態安全預警系統、多調控中心廣域分散式DTS。主持了5項國家自然基金、1項國家重點研發計畫課題,2項國際合作項目、1項973項目子課題(清華方負責人)、1項863專題子課題,2項科技支撐計畫項目子課題(清華方負責人)和20多項重大橫向項目。發表SCI/EI 收錄論文300餘篇,其中SCI 論文76篇(IEEE 彙刊論文45篇),Google Scholar 被引7000多次,授權中國發明專利100餘項, 美國發明專利12項,主編和合著3本。獲得國家科學技術發明獎二等獎1項,省部級一等獎4項,省部級二等獎4項,三等獎5項。指導的博士生1人獲清華大學學術新秀(全校10名)、1人獲教育部學術新人獎、清華大學優秀博士畢業生和北京市優秀博士畢業生,大部分博士生獲得國家獎學金。SCI期刊IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution和Electric Power Components and Systems的Associate Editor, Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy(MPCE)的Editorial Board Member 。
