郭慶來

郭慶來,男,清華大學電機工程與套用電子技術系博士畢業,清華大學自動化系從事博士後研究,清華大學電機工程與套用電子技術系副教授,博士生導師,清華大學電機系電力系統研究所黨支部書記。

IEEE Senior Member,IEEE3個工作組和CIGRE2個工作組委員,國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者(2015)。2018年5月,郭慶來入選“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者。

人物介紹

2005年於清華大學電機系獲博士學位,2006年-2008年在清華大學自動化系從事博士後研究,2008年至今在清華大學電機系任教,2009年晉升副教授,2013年獲博士生指導教師資格。入選北京市青年英才計畫。
國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者(2015)。IEEE Senior Member,IEEE3個工作組和CIGRE2個工作組委員,國際知名期刊IET Renewable Power Generation編委,中國電機工程學會自動化專委會新能源接入學組成員,中國機械工業教育協會電氣工程及其自動化學科教學委員會電力系統及其自動化分委員會委員。
主要從事電網能量管理技術、電壓穩定與電壓控制、信息物理系統(CPS)、電動汽車等領域的研究,作為技術負責人研製的自動電壓控制系統,在我國5個區域電網、20個省級電網和6個大型新能源基地套用,並推廣到北美最大區域電網PJM、加拿大BC Hyrdo電網和馬來西亞國家電網(TNB)。
主持國家優秀青年科學基金1項、國家自然科學基金2項(1項已結題並被評為電工學科優秀結題項目)、973/863/支撐計畫子課題5項。發表論文110餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文30篇(含IEEE Trans論文20篇)、EI收錄論文75篇,論文他引總次數1200餘次,論文曾入選Renewable Energy Global Innovations網站評出的Key Wind Energy Article(全球相關領域0.1%論文入選)、中國領跑者F5000論文,曾在IEEE General Meeting等國際會議擔任Panel主席3次,作特邀報告5次。
授權中國發明專利20餘項、美國發明專利1項,曾獲日內瓦國際發明展銀獎。曾獲國家級科技獎勵1次,省部級科技獎勵7次,入選中國高等學校十大科技進展1次。在教學方面曾獲北京市教學成果二等獎、清華大學青年教師教學優秀獎(每年全校不超過10人)、清華大學教材評選特等獎(每四年評選1次)和清華大學青年教師教學大賽一等獎。
