劉欣剛

劉欣剛,IET Fellow,IEEE Senior Member,電子科技大學教授,博士生導師。現任電子科技大學格拉斯哥學院副院長兼事務中心主任。

人物經歷

1996 年至2000 年就讀於電子科技大學電子工程學院,2000 年7 月獲得工學學士學位並保送碩士研究生。2000 年9 月至2003 年7 月於電子科技大學電子工程學院學生科工作。2003 年9 月赴韓國嶺南大學情報通信學部學習,並分別於2005 年和2009 年獲得工學碩士和博士學位。
2010年3月至2011年8月擔任韓國BK21研究員 (韓國延世大學電氣電子工學部);2011年1月至2015年7月任電子科技大學電子工程學院副教授/博導;2012年1月至2013年12月受聘為 韓國東國大學兼職教授;2015年8月至今任電子科技大學電子工程學院教授/博導。

複雜環境下人臉/人體行為識別,高性能視頻編解碼,視頻錯誤掩蓋,圖像質量評估,模式判決

研究概況

研究領域多與多媒體信號處理及通信相關,主要包括視頻轉換碼技術、圖像質量評估、視頻信號的終端錯誤掩蓋、視頻模式判決和3D 圖像編碼等。近年來以第一作者的身份在相關研究方向的國際雜誌、學術會議上發表了七十餘篇SCI、EI 檢索的學術文章。近年來作為主研或項目主管參與了多項韓國政府、企業的項目研發工作。作為程式主席、組織委員會委員、技術委員會委員等參與了二十餘個IEEE 國際學會的主辦工作,如Cybermatics2016,IEEE SmartCity2015、IEEE CSE2014等。被邀請擔任多個如JWCN、MTAP 等具有國際影響力的學術雜誌的特邀編輯。被邀請擔任多家如IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. on Consumer Electronic,Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation 等國際著名學術雜誌的審稿人。
