學術簡歷
復旦大學醫學學士和流行病學碩士，美國加州大學洛杉磯分校流行病學博士，美國哈佛大學陳曾熙公共衛生學院營養學系訪問學者。完成或主持國家自然科學基金青年項目和面上項目、上海市衛健委青年科研項目；作為課題負責人完成科技部國家重點研發計畫精準醫學研究和上海市公共衛生體系建設第四輪三年行動計畫重點學科項目等。開展男性HIV感染者HPV感染自然史及遺傳、菌群等影響因素研究。作為骨幹人員參與上海郊區自然人群佇列數據和生物樣本庫建設，並開展非酒精性脂肪肝等代謝性疾病相關遺傳、營養與行為危險因素探索。在國內外學術期刊上累計發表論著80餘篇，包括Nature Communications, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, International Journal of Cancer等雜誌。承擔本科與研究生流行病學教學任務，參編《腫瘤流行病學》《流行病學案例與分析》《流行病學常識與解讀》《流行病學原理（第二版）》《Epidemiology》等教材。
研究方向
從事慢性病分子流行病學研究，主要關注感染相關腫瘤、肝癌及非酒精性脂肪肝等慢性肝臟疾病的遺傳和行為、營養等環境影響因素及互動作用研究。
