劉婭菲，1990年12月生，陝西西安人。西安石油大學石油工程學院副教授（校聘），碩士生導師。2013年獲中國石油大學（華東）和美國懷俄明大學石油工程專業學士學位，2017年獲美國懷俄明大學博士學位，2018年開始在西安石油大學石油工程學院工作，2022年評副教授，主要從事微流控技術套用、提高採收率原理與技術等方面的基礎與套用研究。
