切蘭·西蒙斯（Chelan Simmons）出生在加拿大英屬哥倫比亞溫哥華出生，她的第一個角色是《小丑回魂》里的Laurie Ann Winterbarger。然而，她最出名的角色是在《死神來了3》里所飾演的Ashley Freund，《Carrie》2002和《Monster Island》 (2004)的表演。她也在《超人前傳》和《邪惡力量》電視劇里客串過角色。
