俞平康，博士，現在是長江養老保險首席經濟學家，中國首席經濟學家論壇理事，曾任美國聯邦儲備銀行波士頓區行經濟政策分析員，世界銀行和國際貨幣基金組織經濟顧問；曾任教於中國人民大學財政金融學院貨幣金融系，碩士生導師。俞平康獲得美國喬治華盛頓大學經濟學博士（全額獎學金），美國明尼蘇達大學漢弗萊公共管理學院碩士（全額獎學金），中國同濟大學城市規劃工程學士（保送）。曾參與多項重大政府諮詢項目，發表了多篇高引用率的英文學術文章，創編美聯儲經濟季刊一份。其研究曾被美國各大主流媒體報導。現為中央電視台特約評論嘉賓。
