為本科生和研究生講授《Corporate Finance》、《Intermediate Corporate Finance》、《Statistics》、《Intermediate Econometrics》、《Financial Software》、《SAS Financial Software Application》等專業才套洪汗課程。
研究方向
為公司金融、信用風鞏頸龍險管理、企業社會責任、嬸企乎信息不對稱風險與跨交叉學科研究。
學術成果
在《Journal of Corporate Finance》、《Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance》等國際權威期刊發表十多篇，並有工作論文數十篇婚察促。此外，參予國內外重要學術會議數十場，包含中國金融年會、中國金融工程年會、中國管理學年會、CICF、American Accounting Association、Asian Finance Association、European Finance Association、Europe Financial Management Association、Financial Management Association、Taiwan Management Institute、Western Economic Association International等。察紋凝影擔任國內外多家期刊審稿人，包含Corporate Governance: An International Review、China Finance Review International、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade等。主持或參與國家墓腳剃、省級與校級課題多項估糠。
