本研究在事件結構理論框架下探討以漢語和韓語為母語的英語學習者如何習得英語中動及其相關結構。研究首先根據事件結構理論對英語中動及相關結構的語義限制條件進行了分析,然後通過語法判斷任務、強制性選擇任務、句子糾錯任務、引導性翻譯任務和訪談等5項調查工具調查了中韓英語學習者習得英語中動及其相關結構的發展路徑及習得機制。
