創作背景

《Space Bound》當中對吉他的運用將這首歌變作《Recovery》專輯裡最能體現阿姆黯然神傷的那一面，如今嘻哈音樂當中對樂器的運用開始呈現更為寬泛的局面，阿姆清晰伶俐的口齒得以在吉他配樂的襯托下更凸現了另外一種特點——即深情，作為一個rapper的他也在《Space Bound》當中展示了其作為一個singer的能力，chorus段落當中他甚至啟用到了他的假音來演唱，不失為整張專輯裡的一個最大亮點。《Space Bound》里，Eminem更是少見的唱起了假音，儼然成為了一個歌手，不僅讓人耳目一新，作品本身也讓人為之動容。

MV內容講述Eminem與由AV女優Sasha Grey飾演的女友外出，同時以Eminem分身跟蹤女友為故事內容。二人一同到餐廳後，Eminem偷看了女友的手機訊息，發覺她不忠，一怒之下將她捏死，其後發覺只是幻覺，於是拔槍射自己的頭部自殺。
