這可能是你購買了台電“晶彩”系列的隨身碟或者有人在你的電腦上使用過該型號的隨身碟，這應該是一個隨身碟加密或自帶防毒的系統服務項。
解決辦法
如果你特別在意的話可以手動關閉，方法如下：
在“管理工具”中找到“服務”打開，在“名稱”下找到“CLCV0”這一項，雙擊，在“啟動類型”下改為“已禁用”即可。
重啟後即會發現系統進程中的“UTSCSI.EXE”消失了。
其他相關
就目前看來，禁用該系統服務項並未對系統產生不良影響，同時也沒有影響該系列隨身碟的使用。注意可能會造成系統斷網。已發現一例。
在Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition下，如果該服務被設定為自動啟動，而相應的隨身碟又沒有插在主機上的話，可能會在每一次系統啟動時提示“啟動時至少有一個驅動程式或者服務出錯，詳情請查看事件查看器”類似的信息，但是如果真的去打開事件查看器的話，又不一定能找到這個CLCV0服務啟動錯誤的提示。這時只需按上述方法禁用掉該服務項即可。（注意服務名稱CLCV0最後一個字元是數字0而不是字母O。

UTSCSI.exe Description : | Utterly useless and resource sucking background service installed when a user installs the CD that comes with some USB thumb drives (Memory sticks / Flash memory / USB memory / Pen Drive). This service is also installed when you run the installation CD of the MajicJack Internet calling device. From our tests, and from our experience, despite using very little memory this service performs no function other than seriously impact the performance of the PC. It will often cause PC slowness, regular problems when burning CDs and DVDs, stuttering Internet video streaming, or slow network performance - there is absolutely nothing good about this task. |
UTSCSI.exe Recommen- dation : | Immediately disable this task by setting its Startup Mode to Disabled on the Services tab - your thumb drive (Memory stick / Flash memory / USB memory / Pen Drive) will work fine without it, and so will the MajicJack Internet calling device. If you want to go further you can also uninstall the service altogether by choosing the "Tools \ Add/Remove Programs" menu option in TUT and uninstalling the CLCVO Service (if that does not work you can delete the service in TUT). |
