冉尼科德獎(Jean Nicod Prize)是由法國國家科研中心(CNRS)、巴黎高等師範學校(ENS)與法國高等社會科學研究院(EHESS)共同設立的學術獎項,1993年為紀念法國哲學家讓·尼科德誕辰100周年而創立,旨在促進法國認知科學領域的跨學科研究。該獎每年在巴黎頒發,授予在心靈哲學或認知科學領域作出貢獻的學者。
獲獎者需在巴黎進行為期一個月的四次系列學術演講,內容收錄於Jean Nicod Lectures系列專論並由MIT Press/Bradford Books出版社出版(F.Recanati主編)。首屆獲獎者為傑瑞·福多(Jerry Fodor),其著作《The Elm and the Expert: Mentalese and Its Semantics》涉及心理模組性理論和思想語言假說。
截至2010年,獲獎者包括約翰·塞爾(John Searle)、丹尼爾·丹尼特(Daniel Dennett)等學者。

冉尼科德獎為紀念吉恩·喬治·尼科德(NJean George Pierre Nicod,1893—1924年2月16日)法國哲學家和邏輯學家。他最著名的工作,經典命題演算可以來自一個公理和一個規則, 發明了Nicod標準。Nicod31歲時死於肺結核。
