Everything Comes and Goes（譯名：事事來去）是美國流行音樂歌手蜜雪兒·布蘭奇的首張迷你錄音室專輯，該專輯的發行日期曾推遲多次，最終Reprise Nashville匆忙決定於2010年7月16日將專輯發行。

2010年8月27日，專輯被發布在iTunes音樂商店。然而，由於Maverick唱片公司決定要將專輯作為一個曲目完整的唱片發行，因此華納音樂集團決定對其進行EP曲目的刪減，便只有6首歌曲。

基本信息

2007年10月31日，蜜雪兒宣布自己目前正為新專輯籌備，MTV音樂台也證實了這個訊息。

2008年4月10日，在將近四年期間裡的第一次演唱會上，蜜雪兒宣布她第三張錄音室專輯的名稱為《Everything Comes and Goes》。

2008年6月期間，蜜雪兒帶著演唱和聲的妹妹妮可，進行了多次現場演唱，為她接下來的新專輯預做準備。

蜜雪兒在《公告牌》雜誌上說明，她的新專輯仍與女子救援組時期一樣，將保留鄉村音樂的路線。幾首被討論的歌曲分別名為《Long Goodbye》、《Texas In The Mirror》、《This Way》以及一首獻給女兒的搖籃曲，民謠《Crazy Ride》。她亦將這張專輯視為“分手專輯”，因為她與樂團夥伴潔西卡·哈柏結束了合作關係。

2008年6月，《Everything Comes and Goes》的發行日期被蜜雪兒延後了，她聲明自己希望在“今年結束前”出版，但延後的原因並沒有公布。

在經歷了專輯發行延期後，2009年5月4日，蜜雪兒·布蘭奇在其官方網站上發文向歌迷公布新專輯《Everything Comes and Goes》的首波主打單曲已經確定為《Sooner or Later》。

這首歌與其他大部分已經確定收錄在新專輯中的歌曲一樣，已經在她的Acoustic原音巡演上表演過。選這首歌作為第一首單曲的原音，用她的話說，不僅僅是因為這是首好聽愜意的歌曲，還因為這首歌能讓人回想起前兩張專輯的她，這樣一來“老”歌迷就不會因為她的大幅轉型而感到不適應，這是一首引導過度性的作品。
